In an era dominated by digital advancements and cyber threats, the need for robust cybersecurity measures and innovative cryptographic techniques has become paramount. To celebrate the spirit of cybersecurity and cryptography while fostering collaboration and competition among experts, the National Cryptologic Foundation has created a training program, "Guardians of the Globe", focused on enhancing skills and teaching foundational skills in cryptography. This program is delivered as a 5-part series in classical, mathematical, mechanical, digital, and quantum cryptography. The Primary Character "Crypto Eagle" is a legendary hero who is not only an expert cryptographer but also a world class Olympic athlete. Crypto Eagle operates undercover to defeat enemy hackers across the globe. He trains students to compete in games known as Cryptolympics – inspired by the Olympics, dedicated to showcasing excellence in the fields of cybersecurity and cryptography.
